Spindle Taper Cleaner Total precision requires that the point of the tool coupling be clean. The smallest amount of dirt will affect accuracy and repeatability. Robust construction with high oil and grease resistance. Plastic injection moulded core with fluted location for cleaning strips ensures accurate sizing and cleaning efficiency. Cleaning strips will maintain adhesion to the taper core due to inset location even under scrubbing action. Cleaning strips at well spaced intervals will remove even large residual particles. Available in all standard sizes including ISO, HSK and Capto as well as bespoke.
Shrinker This device combines operator safety with automation. The heated chuck is lowered directly into the cooling position following the shrinking procedure, without the operator having to come into contact with the hot chuck.
