These were originally developed for the aerospace industry with the utility cart range designed to simplify the transportation and storage of materials and tools. It can be easily integrated into existing manufacturing, maintenance and materials management processes.

The compact, lightweight and robust aluminium construction provides a versatile platform and has a range of options to match your requirements.

The range is fully compatible with core raaco products, including the CarryLite organizers, and will provide a superior alternative to traditional utility cart solutions.

CarryLite The utility carts are designed for CarryLite 5x10 organizers. Stepped front edge to prevent the CarryLite from rattling or falling out during transportation. Highly durable and impact-resistant, CarryLite boxes are made from high-grade polycarbonate and polypropylene. Just what you need for the for the harshest working environments. Configurable with the range of raaco inserts, and with transparent lids, CarryLites are the ideal solution for organising and transporting tools and components. Your existing CarryLite 5x10 cases will fit straight in. Optional Extras include: Sandwich double lid which allows you to display what is in the CarryLite case Location management system (LMS) which is used with the inserts to design your own layouts. Fluorescent material variants to help with FOD (Foreign Object Detection)
Aluminium Drawers Available as shallow (110mm) or deep (150mm). Recessed handle release mechanism so that the drawers will lock into place when moving the trolley. Drawers open fully and are 375mm x 330mm Maximum weight per drawer is a generous 20 kg
Aluminium Shelves Stepped front edge to prevent contents from spilling. Width of 425mm. Load capacity of 20kg. Designed to fit either the raaco 4-1100 bin units or the 6-1100.
